Why This Course Exists
If I have learned anything, it's that so many women still do not know the basics of how our bodies actually work. Women deserve more than fragmented explanations about their bodies and health. Too often we receive disconnected pieces of information. Most often we learn biology disintegrated from any kind of values to make sense of the purpose of our bodies. These courses offer an integrated approach—helping women understand the beauty and complexity of the female body in a way that clarifies and encourages.
That’s where I come in.
This course offers an integrated approach, bringing together science, bioethics, philosophy, and faith to help you better understand your female body and its rhythms.
